WebHook Add-On

(Developer and Platinum versions of the plugin)

WebHooks are HTTP callbacks (HTTP POSTs) that occur when forms are submitted. Using the WebHook add-on in combination with Zapier, n8n, Microsoft Flow, or similar service, it is possible to connect capture information to hundreds of external services, to extend form behaviors, such as storing files in the cloud, creating marketing campaigns, publishing posts, and more.

To activate the add-on, simply visit the plugin page via the menu option: "Calculated Fields Form > Addons", tick the checkbox: "CFF-WebHook", and press the "Update" button.

The add-on includes an additional section in the form settings for entering the URLs of the WebHooks, and define the fields that will be sent (or all fields in the form).

Using Zapier or n8n as the connector and WebMerge as the final service, it is possible to dynamically generate a PDF (or MS Document) of the information captured by the form, and send a copy to the user.

Using Zapier, n8n, or Microsoft Flow as the connector, and DropBox or Google Drive as the final services, the files uploaded through the form can be hosted in the cloud and shared with other partners.
